HELP! Where in Philadelphia do they sell...?

Does anyone know if its possible to buy soft-shell clams here? I am
looking for the whole belly fried clams like they have in new england.
Do any restaraunts sell them or seafood markets? So far, i've been
unsuccessful.. anyone?

Have you tried the Italian Market and Reading Terminal? Look for them
labelled as "steamers".
