Seeking Musicians for Fishtown Picnics

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

We'd love to add music as a regular feature of the Thursday night
neighborhood BBQs in Konrad square, especially music from local
artists.
If you're interested in playing, please email me at ***@danroth.org.

Here's the details:
1) All musical styles welcome
2) It would be nice to have the music start at 5:30. It needs to start
by 6:00 at the latest. Plan on playing for about an hour or so.
3) The plan isn't for a concert, more for background music. (Sorry!)
However, you'll probably find a lot of people stop to listen to you.
4) The BBQs are being held by Summerfield Church, so please avoid any
lyrical content that's contrary to our purpose - such as profanity,
lyrics which promote violence, explicit sexual lyrics, etc. If this
strikes you as an unreasonable request, please don't volunteer.
5) Pay is the joy of contributing your music to the neighborhood, lots
of gratitude, plus a picnic supper. We can also pay a big $20.
6) You can bring your own sound system or use ours. We have a pretty
nice system (mackie sound board & tri-amps, & 100 ft snake), but no
monitor yet!
7) Volume must be kept respectful of surrounding neighbors per our
agreement with the city to use the park.
8) Oh, yeah... these are in Konrad Square park, at Dauphin & Tulip.

Hope this isn't too burdensome! Hope to hear from you soon!
